A new survey finds that children are not the demographic most likely to buy a costume for Halloween.

Conducted by the National Confectioners Association, the poll says more Millennials will be dressing up than kids. Almost half plan on wearing a costume this year, in comparison to only 13% of the overall respondents. Many also will be trick-or-treating

84% of those ages 60 and older will be passing out candy to trick-or-treaters. Almost 70% of women plan to decorate the house for Halloween festivities, and 23% of parents say they'll be picking their favorites out of their kids' bag of treats.
