Taunton Man Sentenced to Prison for Multiple Robberies
FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A Taunton man has been sentenced to up to three years in state prison for three separate robberies in the Taunton area in late 2021 and early 2022.
Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III announced that Trevor Kallman, 23, was sentenced on January 23 to serve two to three years in state prison for the robberies, which took place in Taunton in December 2021 and early 2022.
Kallman will serve the new sentence after he completes a June 2022 state prison sentence of three to five years for two previous robbery charges.
Details of the Taunton Robbery Spree
Taunton Police investigated a string of robberies in the Taunton area from Christmas Eve of 2021 through January 6, 2022. The Christmas Eve robbery took place at the CVS Pharmacy on Winthrop Street. An unmasked thin white man approached the clerk, indicated he had a gun and demanded money. He fled with approximately $300.
Then on Christmas Day 2021, the Walgreens on Tremont Street was robbed by a tall white man with blue eyes, wearing a medical mask. He approached the clerk and demanded money, and fled with between $600-700.
On January 6, 2022, a tall white man with blue eyes, again wearing a surgical mask, walked into the Lavender Laundry on Washington Street and demanded money. He fled with $270. That same day, the Dunkin’ on Washington Street was also robbed.
How Police Linked the Taunton Robberies to Kallman
Kallman was arrested when he robbed both a Walgreens and a CVS in Taunton on January 8, 2022. From those cases, Taunton Police Detective Robert Kramer determined the suspect in the prior Taunton robberies wore similar shoes and clothing items to what Kallman had on during the most recent robberies, and had the same distinctive facial features.

Kallman previously pleaded guilty to the 1/8/22 robberies and received the state prison sentence of three to five years that he is currently serving.
District Attorney's Statement on the Case
"The defendant’s motive for the robberies was an ongoing drug problem, which caused fear and terror to the victims. The defendant will serve up to eight years for his robbery spree," D.A. Quinn said.
