However, she was not a top pick from our local listeners. Many cast their vote for anyone but Swift.
Lynn Leger Lacey is hoping to see some fresh faces on stage.
"It's been a long time since we've had something other than appealing to the teens and 20, 30 somethings! Time for a change!" she said.

Bring on the Boy Bands
Many who weighed in mentioned pop groups from the late '90s and early '00s.
Joanie Esteves is on board for a group performance, hoping to see a few of them gather together on stage, writing, "NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, New Kids and New Edition all together on one stage."
Brianne Cutler is on board as well.
"When Michaela mentioned Backstreet Boys the other day I was like hell yea with NSYNC," she wrote. "Shoot make it a Y2k party and get Christina and Britney. It would be like when all the rappers came out."
Other Suggestions
Other noteworthy names thrown into the mix include Jelly Roll, Metallica, Teddy Swims and Post Malone.
Pink, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park and Aerosmith also got mentions.
Super Bowl LX will be held on Sunday, February 8 at Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers.
