The South Middleborough Grange will host the 59th annual agricultural fair on Saturday, August 27, at the South Middleborough Grange Hall on Route 28, 570 Wareham Street, in South Middleboro.

According to South Coast Today.com, any Massachusetts resident may enter homemade or home grown items into the fair such as vegetables, flowers, fruits, cranberries, canning, needlework, baked goods, photography and eggs.

The fair opens to the public for exhibit viewing at 1:30 p.m. Throughout the afternoon, exhibits can be viewed and food table with baked goods will be available. At 6 p.m., a baked chicken dinner will be available and will be $8 for adults and $4 for children. Cranberry juice, baked chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots, cranberry sauce, rolls and butter will be served, with the choice of a beverage, and a brownie and ice cream for dessert.

The traditional fair auction featuring vegetables, flowers, and baked goods, will be held at later Saturday night at 7 p.m.
