Pats Place Branch, Hightower On PUP Ahead Of Training Camp

With the start of training camp looming, the New England Patriots moved two of their team's key defensive players to the physically unable to perform list Monday.        

New England placed both linebacker Dont'a Hightower and defensive tackle Alan Branch to the PUP list, which will hold them out of practice at the begining of camp.

The two will be eligible to return to practice, whenever the team decides to remove them from the list. Both players sat out of the team's spring practices and have dealt with injuries issues throughout their careers, including this past season.
