It appears that New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is working on putting together one of his favorite preseason exercises for his team, prior to the 2017 regular season.

A report from ESPN's Mike Reiss, noted that Belichick is working with former assistant and now head coach of the Houston Texans Bill O'Brien to organize some joint practices for the two teams this August.

Typically New England has scheduled joint sessions with one of their preseason opponents, which bodes well for this deal happening as the Pats and Texan will play each other in Week 2 of the preseason this summer.
