The New England Patriots might have found their replacement for LeGarrette Blount.

According to multiple reports, the team has extended an offer sheet to Buffalo Bills restricted free agent running back Mike Gillislee.

Of course, since Gillislee is a restricted free agent, Buffalo will get a chance to match New England's offer.

According to the Boston Herald's Jeff Howe, however, it looks unlikely that the Bills will match.

Gillislee, who offers a similar skill set to Blount, played his first full season last year. In 15 games, he carried the ball 101 times for 577 yards and scored eight times.
