Patriots Preseason Not As Exciting As Regular Season

Tonight is the first preseason game for the Patriots and pretty much the rest of the NFL and alot of fans are excited. I'm not though. I just can't get into it.

I've tried, but after the first series of downs, "Who are these people?!" The stars are usually pulled so the coaches can see the other players who are trying to make the team and so the regulars don't get hurt. I completely understand it but I wonder why the television networks make such a big deal out of it.

And does the score really matter? When we look back and say the Pats were 4 and 0 or 3 and 1 let's remember that's with guys named Roscoe and Bucky in the offense trying to make the team.
