Patriots Get Aquib Talib From The Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The New England patriots are working on beefing up their defense, particularly their secondary. They will get a boost from corner back, Aquib Talib, from Tampa Bay. Thursday, the Pats worked with the Bucs on a trade that would land Talib in New England. New England also gets a 2013 seventh round draft pick, and Tampa Bay gets a fourth round pick in exchange.

Talib is finishing up a suspension, and won't be able to play for the Pats until week 11.
