New Bedford Man Arrested for Dartmouth Car Break
DARTMOUTH — On Sunday, March 18 at approximately 12:30 p.m., Dartmouth Police responded to Hemlock Street to investigate a report of a male breaking into a vehicle.
While en route, Officer Matthew Correia observed a male walking on Cove Road who matched the description of the suspect, and subsequently identified him as Rey Pimentel, 23, of Bolton Street in New Bedford.
As the result of a corresponding investigation, it was determined that Pimentel was responsible for the break.
Pimentel was subsequently arrested and charged with breaking and entering a vehicle during the daytime for a felony, and larceny under $250.
