New Bedford Homeowner Reports Stolen Gun

NEW BEDFORD - New Bedford Police are investigating a report of a stolen gun.

Police say the incident was reported early Sunday afternoon by a Eugenia Street resident. The man told police the gun may have been taken from a safe in his home by a visitor.

Police are investigating the reported theft.

The missing firearm was reported at 1:38 p.m. on Sunday.
