Boston Mayor Menino To Undergo Prostate Surgery

Boston Mayor Tom Menino will undergo elective surgery for an enlarged prostate Friday.  Menino's doctor tells the Boston Globe it's not cancer.  Dr. Charles Morris says it's a common procedure that will better allow the 70-year-old mayor to empty his bladder.  He's expected to spend a few days at Brigham and Women's in recovery.
