
Measles Cases Are At An All-Time High In U.S.
Measles cases are at a 20-year high in the U.S. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says it's confirmed nearly 290 cases so far this year. Last year's total was 220.
The CDC says many victims were not vaccinated and got measles from other countries.
Measles is highly contagious, and can kill young children and the elderly if not caught and treated in time. Symptoms include a rash, fever and red eyes.
