Man Killed in Wareham Motorcycle Crash

WAREHAM - A man is dead following a motorcycle crash in Wareham

Massachusetts State Police say the crash took place at 9:10 p.m. Sunday as the man was traveling on the on-ramp from I-195 eastbound to I-495 northbound on a 2017 Suzuki GSX-R1000.

State Police say the motorcycle struck the left side guardrail, throwing the operator from the motorcycle into the roadway. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The victim has been identified as Matthew Perry, 24, of West Warwick, Rhode Island.
