Jags Safety Who Hit Gronk Gets Fined
Barry Church, the Jacksonville Jaguars safety whose hit on Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski led to the All-Pro leaving the game with a concussion, has been fined.
The fine, a $24,309 hit to Church's bank account, was handed down by the league on Friday.
Gronkowski, who left the AFC Title game after suffering the head-to-head collision late in the second quarter, has been listed as a non-participant on the New England injury report the past three days.
