Let's get ready to tumble! The Little Gym of Dartmouth is opening soon, and you're invited to its grand opening celebration.

Movement-Based Learning and Play for SouthCoast Kids

Locally owned by parents Matt and Elise Baldwin, The Little Gym of Dartmouth is designed to be much more than a gymnastics facility. Through movement-based learning, imaginative play, and age-appropriate activities, children build confidence, coordination, listening skills, and social development.

"We are so excited to open this bright space for families to connect and experience the serious fun of The Little Gym," Elise said.

Grand Opening Details and Program Offerings

The Little Gym of Dartmouth will host its grand opening on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its new location at 422 State Road, in the Dartmouth Towne Center plaza near TJ Maxx. The day will feature music, raffles and giveaways.
Families can tour the new facility, meet the coaches, enjoy activities, and learn about upcoming programs. Programs are available for children from infancy through age 12 and include parent/child classes, preschool gymnastics, grade-school gymnastics, and special event/birthday party spaces. Free introductory classes are available as well.

A Personal Mission Brought Home to Dartmouth

For the Baldwins, opening The Little Gym is a full-circle moment. After taking their own daughter to classes at the West Boylston location and seeing the positive impact firsthand, they knew they wanted to create that same supportive, high-energy environment for local families on the SouthCoast who they're excited to meet.
Parents can watch from just outside the glass, take part in the parent-child classes, and even keep up with their child's progress via the KidHub app, which tracks milestones and even shares photos from class.
