Governor Deval Patrick signed a memorandum of understanding with Columbia, a non-communist country that is similar to Cuba, that is intended to strengthen trade and more. On the other hand, America's relationship with Cuba is still frozen in ice! I'd like to see an agreement of new understanding that would open the gates of trade, tourism, business and familial relations between the United States and Cuba! Would you?
