Busy waters have resulted in the deaths of dozens of people in Hong Kong. Police say they have arrested six crew members for endangering the lives of passengers.CNN reports that at least 38 people are dead after Hong Kong's deadliest ferry boat crash in decades.

The two boats collided off Lamma's coast, and over 100 people ended up in the water. The crash is blamed on the overcrowded waters due to the celebration of Chinese National Day. The search and rescue teams will continue working two more days to search for people in the water.
