Hit And Run Suspect Arrested

A Lakeville man was arrested Friday in Braintree on a warrant in connection with a hit and run pedestrian accident earlier this month in Lakeville.

Fifty-five year old James Trubiano is charged with operating to endanger, and leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury.

Police say a 46 year old Lakeville man was seriously hurt on the evening of March 5th when he was struck by a vehicle on Main Street.

Trubiano will be arraigned in Wareham District Court.
