FREETOWN (WBSM) — A Lakeville man was killed in a motor vehicle crash in Freetown late Saturday night.

Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III said Massachusetts State Police received multiple 911 calls at around 11:47 p.m. on December 20 reporting a motor vehicle crash. The crash occurred on Route 140 southbound at Exit 10 in Freetown.

Troopers arrived to find a Hyundai Elantra in the center median with catastrophic damage. According to the D.A.’s Office, it appeared the car struck a portion of the guardrail head-on. No other vehicles appeared to be involved.

Victim Identified as Lakeville Resident

First responders found the victim, identified as Justin Graham, 50, of Lakeville, inside the vehicle. He was the driver and lone occupant. He was taken to a local hospital and pronounced deceased a short time later.

State Police Investigating Cause of Crash

The cause of the crash is under investigation by Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office and Massachusetts State Police.
