A female fan struck by a foul ball at Fenway Park last season is suing Red Sox owner John Henry.

Stephanie Taubin of Brookline says she was above home plate in the EMC Club in June of 2014 when a ball came through an area normally protected by glass and hit her. The glass had been removed for renovations.

She is seeking unspecified damages after suffering facial fractures and neurological damage. The Red Sox say fan safety is a priority, but won't comment on pending litigation. (Metro Networks Inc.)
