Wareham Police arrest two men after they were caught stealing envelopes from trash barrels.

Acording to police, the two males were seen driving in a silver Volkswagen Jetta around 10:30 Tuesday morning, removing envelopes attatched to trash barrels. The envelopes contained gift cards and money intended for trash removal employees working in the area.

After several reports, police responded to the area and located the two men, placing them under arrest. 32-year-old Albert Crepeau and 31-year-old Joshua Hands, both of Fall River, are charged with seven counts of Larceny Under $250.

Both men posted bail and are being arraigned today at Wareham 4th District Court.
