Fall River Extends Snow Parking and Driving Ban
The City of Fall River put out an alert saying that the blizzard conditions and snowfall amounts are “having a tremendous impact on the city.” As such, the city’s snow parking ban, which was originally scheduled to expire at 11 p.m. tonight, is now extended until further notice, Mayor Paul Coogan announced.
Fall River also has a driving ban in place until further notice, which means only essential personnel may be on the roads. Coogan has also asked that all non-essential businesses either close or remain closed.
Dartmouth Parking Ban Now Runs Through Tuesday
