Fake Outrage over Soleimani Is Insulting [OPINION]
Each day that dawns brings new opportunities for the Democrat leadership and their buds in the national news media to look stupid. And believe me, they don't disappoint.
Normal people see the death of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani as a good thing. Soleimani is responsible for more than 600 American service people coming home in body bags and the murders of perhaps hundreds of thousands of others including innocent Syrians, Iranians, and Iraqis. But the New York Times says he was a poet, too. How sweet.
Heres the truth: George W. Bush and Barack H. Obama didn't have the balls to take out Soleimani, but Donald J. Trump did – and therein lies the problem.
Network coverage of the death of Soleimani is laughable, disgusting and insulting to anyone who lost a loved one or has been disfigured at the hands of Soleimani. The network reporting has been irresponsible from the get-go by suggesting that the U.S. escalated tensions in the region by taking out Soleimani in Iraq. They've intentionally downplayed Soleimani's past and his plans to harm or kill more Americans. They have also ignored Iran's provocative behavior in just the last year alone. Iran is responsible for tensions being high, not the U.S.
The Democrats and the media are attempting to create sympathy for Iran and Soleimani simply to discredit Trump. They are willing to re-write history and glorify evil to accomplish their goals.
You have to ask yourselves what kind of sick and demented people would place Soleimani and the Mullahs of Iran ahead of the American service people they slaughtered to advance their political agendas.
