"I will be in a position to improve the property, restroom upgrades, AC for my team, building improvements and who knows, maybe even an extended dining area," Madden said.

The Long, Four-Year Struggle to Secure Financing
This certainly wasn't a rash decision on Madden's part. She put in the work to make sure she could open the doors yet again.
"I have done my due diligence, inspections, environmental surveys, and appraisal. I have secured financing. The septic has been replaced," she said. "A very long four-year struggle should come to a 'beginning' on June 30 when I am scheduled to close on the sale of the property."
Madden assured her customers that she will keep them posted once the closing is finalized. If so, "Movies Under the Stars" will return for the summer.
