If you're looking for a frightfully fun way to celebrate Halloween with the whole family, then mark your calendar for one of Southeastern Massachusetts' largest "Trunk-or-Treat" events. The annual community celebration, hosted by the Rehoboth PTSA, is set to take over the Dighton Rehoboth High School on October 19th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Last year, over 1,000 people came out to explore more than 50 decked-out trunks, and this year’s event promises to be even bigger and better. From trick-or-treating to exciting attractions like hayrides, train rides, and a special witch performance by The NE Witches Guild, there’s something for everyone.

Fun for a Cause

All proceeds from this spooktacular event go toward supporting local students in Rehoboth, funding things like field trips, bullying seminars, robotics programs, and more. So while you're enjoying the candy and festivities, you’ll also be helping enrich the lives of students at Palmer River Elementary and Beckwith Middle School.

What to Expect

The event is open to the public, and tickets include trick-or-treating at a variety of uniquely decorated trunks, plus plenty of other activities to keep everyone entertained. Here's a taste of what awaits:

  • Trick-or-treating at dozens of creatively decorated trunks
  • Hayrides provided by Anawan Farm
  • Food trucks serving up delicious treats
  • Games, music, and train rides
  • Touch-a-truck experience for the little ones
  • A spellbinding witch performance at 7:00 PM
  • And don’t forget to come dressed in your Halloween best! Both kids and parents are encouraged to wear costumes (just remember, adults—no masks). This isn't a drop-off event, so parents must stick around to supervise the fun.
