Did Jodi Foster Come Out At the 2013 Golden Globes?

Jodi Foster won the Cecil B Demille award at the 2013 Golden Globes last night, and then went into a very spontaneous speech, that was a bit confusing.

After receiving her Golden Globe, Jodi Foster decided to give a speech that had the twittersphere buzzing. Many were confused, and some even called her a hero for doing what she did, but what did she do? Did she come out to the public? That's what the speech would seem to say, but nothing was quite clear.

Perhaps Foster was coming out after all these years, and at the end it seemed like the only person she was really nervous about talking to was her Mother. With phrases like 'Loud and Proud' 'Co-PArent' and 'Partner' all signs point to Foster's speech was her official coming out to the public. If that's the case, she is very brave, and we salute her for doing something so personal on such a public platform.
