Dartmouth Police Seize Over 130 Fentanyl Bags, Arrest Fall River Man
DARTMOUTH — Police have arrested a Fall River man and seized over 130 bags of Fentanyl found in his possession.
Dartmouth Police say Blake Donovan, 24, of Fall River, was arrested Thursday as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. Police seized 133 bags of suspected Fentanyl and $200 in cash during the arrest.
Donavan is charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance and an outstanding warrant related to an arrest earlier this week on narcotics charges.
Dartmouth Police detectives were assisted by members of the Bristol County Sheriff's Department Warrant Apprehension Unit.
"This arrest is yet another outstanding example of this agency's commitment of ridding the streets of these dangerous drug dealers," said Dartmouth Police Chief Brian Levesque in a written statement.
