Dartmouth Police Searching for Honey Thieves
DARTMOUTH — Police in Dartmouth are on the lookout for two suspects who allegedly stole honey and cash from a local farm stand — and, in usual tongue-in-cheek fashion, police drew a parallel with a beloved children's book character who also adores honey.
"DPD is looking for some help from our Hundred Acre Wood friends with identifying this second-rate version of Winnie-The-Pooh and Piglet," reads a Sunday afternoon social media post from the department.
The pair allegedly stole around $100 and some honey from a small farm stand in town recently, police said.

They released a surveillance image of the suspects and their vehicle, which police described as a "sweet chariot" that belongs to one of their teenage sisters or daughters.
