The knee injury to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady suffered in Wednesday's practice is not considered serious.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports an MRI came back negative and the perennial All-Pro is considered day-to-day. Brady grabbed his knee and limped off the field after throwing a pass during a joint practice session with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It's the same knee in which he tore the ACL in 2008. Brady will be reevaluated on Thursday.
