This Unique Class is Fantastic For Post-Holiday Stress
The holidays are almost here and stress levels are likely at an all-time high. So if you need a way to relax when the new year comes or have someone on your list who needs to destress too, turns out there's a class for that.
Sure you can head to a yoga studio to sit and breath or maybe book yourself a massage somewhere, but that's not what this unique class is all about.
Instead you can get hands on in the style of Mr. Miyagi and create something all you own.
I'm talking about the new trend of bonsai creation.
Yes, those tiny trees you trim with little scissors bit by bit. There's actually a class all about bonsai with locations all over Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

The company calls themselves Bonsai Bar and they offer events at breweries and bars around 12 different states, including almost all of New England.
Best part is, they happen all the time so even if you can't make one event, another is just around the corner.
Depending on where you go to trim your tiny tree, Bonsai Bar will cost between $75-$85 for a two-hour class on caring for your bonsai.
Every class provides you a tree, the sheers, soil, wire, a chopstick and a bin to keep it all in. You also leave with a ceramic pot for replanting your tree and the guarantee that your hardy, little greenery with stay alive or be replaced for free.

And with events popping up at spots from Providence to Plymouth throughout January and beyond, you are sure to find a perfect spot to give this class a try.
