Bidders to Tour New Bedford Lighthouse

Who will be the next owner of the Butler Flats Lighthouse?

Three anonymous bidders continue to make their offers on the property, which is up for auction on a government-run website.

The asking price is now up to $55,000. The bidders will have the opportunity to inspect the site for themselves Thursday.

General Services Administration has reached out to the bidders, and will provide a tour of the 115-year old lighthouse Thursday morning.
