Most Americans are happy where they are. A new survey has found that less and less people are deciding to pack up and move.

According to the poll conducted by Atlantic Media and Siemens, only 11% of Americans switched homes in the past year. Two thirds of respondents say they are content with staying in their current situation long term, while only 36% would consider relocating in the near future. The numbers are much higher, however, of those already living in cities. Almost half of urban residents say they are open to the idea of moving sometime in the next two years.

The survey also finds that city dwellers, young people and those with lower incomes are the most inclined to relocate.
