If you’re looking for the perfect place to work, there’s one state you should really think about moving.

Job site Glassdoor performed an analysis of the 50 largest US cities to figure out which one is home to the happiest workers. Pack your bags and head to the Golden State because San Jose, California took the top spot, while San Francisco finished in second.

California is the best state for the content workforce, with three cities in the top 10 (San Diego finished in seventh place).

Glassdoor created its rankings by looking at a variety of factors, including “overall employment satisfaction, compensation and benefits satisfaction, senior management satisfaction, expectations for company outlook and the number of employers hiring in the 50 largest US metros.”

Denver has the dubious honor of finishing at the bottom of the list, edging out Las Vegas and Milwaukee.
