WAREHAM — A Wareham man is arrested for stealing from Home Depot.

On Wednesday, June 20 at about 12:30 p.m., Wareham Police responded to the Home Depot on Cranberry Highway regarding a shoplifter. At the scene, Detective William deSilva and Officer Jon Verhaegen arrested 34-year-old Robert Rohrbach of Wareham for shoplifting over $250.

Before police arrived Rohrbach had attempted to leave the store, but was detained by loss prevention personnel.

The total value of items he attempted to steal was over $850.

In addition, there were two outstanding arrest warrants for Rohrbach.

He was transported to police headquarters, where he was processed before arraignment in Wareham District Court.
