The United Way reports another successful "Stuff The Truck" food drive at the Fairhaven Stop and Shop on Friday.

The United Way's Victoria Grasela says more than 900 pounds of food was donated during the day long event. The food will be distributed to food pantries in the area through the United Way's Hunger Commission..

Also collected were 11 large boxes of diapers, some baby furniture and clothing and $165 in cash.

Grasela says the baby supplies will be given to an organization called "Diapers and Things" which will distribute the items to needy families.
