We normally think of American Chop Suey or American Goulash as a pasta dish. But I'm going to give you my recipe to a comfort food dish that's so full-flavored and different!

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked long grain RICE!

1/2 pound ground pork

1/2 pound hamburger

2 cups chopped celery

2 large onions diced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup soy sauce.

Sautee the chopped celery and onions for about 5-7 minutes. Put aside. Then brown off and drain the pork and hamburger mixture. Gently stir all the ingredients together in a casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

It's comfort food that's easy, uncommon and so tasty!
