Two Arrested in BCC Sex Assault Allegations

Fall River Police have arrested two men in connection with alleged sexual assaults at or near the Bristol Community College campus.

Fall River and BCC Police began investigations after initial complaints on Thursday, and were able to request a warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Ruddy Joseph. Joseph was charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over.

Another warrant was also executed, resulting in the arrest of 24-year-old McKenzy Blanc, who was charged with indecent assault and battery, lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct, and intimidating a witness or misleading police.

Both men are from Fall River.

Evidence was also seized in the cases.
