Freetown Police are investigating the discovery of 30 lbs. of marijuana at a food distribution warehouse.

Chief Carlton Abbot says the pot was found by the warehouse security staff in a tractor-trailer shipment of vegetables received from a California shipper.

Freetown Police seized the drugs and then went through the facility using a State Police K-9 team, but no other contraband was found.

Police also interviewed the driver of the tractor-trailer, but so far, no arrests have been made.
