The 50’s Brought Back to New Bedford

Many found themselves re-living their high school days as they took a look around downtown New Bedford Thursday night. Joe Jesus' 22nd annual 50's Night brought in hundreds of classic cars, accompanied by live music and dancing.

Adrian Tio was taking in the sights, and tells WBSM News it's like looking back in time.

Thousands of people roamed the downtown, checking out the period cars and often dancing to the oldies tunes.

Proceeds from the event are benefiting Mercy Meals and More and the Neediest Families Fund.
