Downtown New Bedford’s 24th Annual 50′s Night Returns This July

If you're from the Greater New Bedford Area you've probably been to a few of Joe Jesus' popular 50's Night  held each July in Downtown, New Bedford.  This is the 24th year that good ol' Joe is holding the event and like every year before it, it promises to be the biggest one yet. “Octopus” Intersection Has New Look

The "Octopus" intersection Downtown at Route Six no longer has its pedestrian overpass.  The structure was taken down Sunday night, as part of an improvement project for that intersection.
