Twitter users are experiencing some difficulties this morning.

Rumor has it that Twitter is finally considering breaking down the 140-character rule and reaching far beyond the simple limit. With this new feature, you'll soon be able to tweet up to 10,000 characters in a single post. There is no confirmation about the change, but this has existed in the network's Direct Messaging product since August of 2015...
