Text Message Scam Warning Issued

The Rhode Island Attorney General's office has issued a warning about a text message scam.  People have reported getting messages offering one-thousand-dollar gift cards to retailers such as Target and Walmart and the link in the message goes to a website asking for personal information including social security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card information and birth dates
