Historic New Bedford Mill Torn Down
The Berkshire Hathaway Mill in the south end is being torn down. The mill has been on the market with an asking price of 500 thousand dollars but according to owner Roland Letendre there were no takers. Letendre conceded that the mill was in "rough shape" and needed about $1 million in repairs...
