The branch manager of the Casa De Saudade Library will be summonsed into court to answer a charge of larceny.  Police have accused Judith Downey of New Bedford of larceny over $250.  They alleged she used the library cards of three dead people over the last few years, to "take out" more than 300 books from city libraries, after her own account was "maxed out."  ...
