NBHS Announces Pilot Math Program For 225 Ninth Graders

New Math Program Coming To New Bedford High School

A new algebra program was announced during Monday's School Committee meeting.

The pilot math program will be implemented at New Bedford High School this fall with help from the University of San Diego's Mobile Technology Learning Center.

Five New Bedford Students Awarded Jacobs Scholarships

For the 13th consecutive year, Qualcom founder and New Bedford native Dr. Irwin Jacobs returned to his hometown, and presented five New Bedford students with four year scholarships, each one $35,000 apiece.
