While no illness has been reported, Spence and Co. LTD has decided to take precaution regarding some bacteria found on their products.

On Wednesday, the company said they found a bacterium known as listeria monocytogenes. This is pretty serious, and could even result in death. They are recalling their 16 oz packages, which they sell through BJ's Wholesale Club. The affected States are Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Ohio.
