Most of the smartphone users who use nutrition and fitness apps say the gadgets have helped them become healthier.

According to a survey from MobiHealthNews.com, 10% of the U.S. Cellular respondents said they track their health on a phone or tablet-- and 9% say they feel devices help them keep themselves in shape. 61% of those who regularly rely on mobile devices to stay fit said they track their nutritional intake. less than 56% said they use cellphones to trfack  their workouts. 12% said that their devices mostly serve the purpose of helping them stick to the schedule and calorie limits they'd planned themselves.
