Serial Tickler At Boston College

Boston College students are getting an unusual warning.  Police say a "serial tickler" has been breaking into the off-campus apartments of BC students to watch them sleep or tickle their feet.

Victims say the man wears dark clothes and flees when they wake up.

Police are investigating, but say they have no hard evidence to work with.
