A man from Sagamore Beach was arraigned on charges that he inappropriately touched two girls at an indoor play area in Kingston on Sunday.

According to WCVB 5, 37-year-old, Justin Kettell, “was arraigned in Plymouth District Court on one count each of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 and assault and battery.”

Kingston police were contacted by a parent on Sunday at Billy Beez, an indoor play area for children from age’s three to 12, in the Kingston Collection mall.

“The parent reported to police that her daughter and another girl were being chased around the play area by a man who was attempting to "tickle" them.”

Two parents and an employee tried to track down the man, but were unsuccessful. The man fled the mall on foot.

Police then received cellphone pictures from one of the parents. It was identified that the man was Kettell and an alert was sent to surrounding towns in the area.

A short time later, police arrested Kettell.

He is scheduled to appear in court again on May 4.
